My work focuses on improving the experience of patrons using the library and supporting the staff that help those patrons. I manage a team responsible for discovery, integrations between systems, software development, and technology support (hardware and software). We try to make 'technology' (interpreted as broadly and deeply as possible) work well for the people who need to use the library, and for the library staff who need tools to support the users.
